Must be 23 years or older with one year verifiable experience

Cannot be involved as a defendant in an active felony or misdemeanor case involving assault to another person or involving drugs

No DUIs in previous 5 years

No careless driving or reckless driving on MVR (5 years)

No at fault rear end collisions, rollover or jackknife accidents in past 5 years

No more than a combination of 3 moving violations or at fault accidents in the past 3 years

No speeding citations 15 mph or over posted speed limit in past 3 years

Must be able to pass a DOT physical by a DOT Certified Medical Examiner

Must be able to pass a road test

Must meet all qualifications in section 391.11 of the FMCSA regulations handbook

Driver Compensation

Our drivers enjoy weekly pay via check or direct deposit

Most of our routes have switched over to load based pay, giving you the ability to earn more on shorter runs when the miles just aren’t adding up!

We also offer mileage based pay on certain routes, and hourly on various others.

Our drivers salaries range from $42,000 to $60,000 plus for the high milers!

Pay periods run Sunday through Saturday at midnight (ET).

All paperwork must be turned into the Vincennes office before Tuesday at noon (ET).

Our dedicated and friendly Fleet Managers are always ready to help with payroll issues if they were to arise.

We offer a Safety/Attendance bonus as well as a Fuel bonus which can equal up to 2.5 cents per mile each.

No matter if you want to run a week and go home on the weekends, or stay out a couple weeks at a time. We have runs to get you plenty of miles while keeping you close enough for your well-deserved home time.
